We recently had a client bring in some mechanical components for a complete overhaul. As a result, the team at SA Engineering completely stripped the components, carried out non-destructive testing on all components. We then reclaimed all bearing journals, rebuilt the hydraulic cylinders, blast and painted, reassembled the parts, then finally conducted a function test. In this instance, SA Engineering also fabricated a compliant frame making the transport and storage of the unit safe. Due to our quick turnaround time, competitive price and improvements in quality and reliability, SA Engineering were the client’s primary choice.
